Dimensions:  38' x 12' x 5' Main Engine:  John Deere
Build Time:  Approx. 8-12 Weeks Gen Set:  9 KW Onan

Note: This vessel is designed to have the bow open up, submerge and by creating a low pressure vacuum, separate oil from water and pump it onto an onboard storage tank or a barge.  Because of its design, the vessel will force water and oil to come into it so it can be dockside and still clean. The bow of the vessel opens up into a funnel shape and submerges.  The prop becomes a pump motor forcing oil water and debris inside the vessel.  No chasing it... oil/water mixture just flows in.  Features:
1) Oil Separator - This component will force oil to the top using low pressure to cause the oil to concentrate where it is then skimmed off the top.  This works with just a thin oil sheen or larger volumes.  Large volumes are easier and faster.
2) Floating Debris Collector - With the front of the vessel submerged and the prop acting as a pump, debris, oil and water are forced into the funnel shaped bow at a rate of 60,000 gallons per minute.  As debris builds up in the bow, a hydraulically actuated basket style bucket can dump the solid trash or debris into a removable onboard dumpster.
3) Oxygenation of Water - The vessel is equipped with a hydraulic controlled device that can treat over 60,000 gallons of water with air and force it to depths of over 100 feet below the water line.
4) Fire Canon - This fire can delivers a flow of water at 1,000 GPM  at over 100 psi to fight fires or wash off shores moving oil and debris in the water where the boat can pick it up or force oil and debris to move in a desired direction.
